Among RSC’s current projects is a development in the city of Pasadena, a mixed-use village design that includes residential, retail, offices and parking on the renowned Parsons Corporation headquarters. The project, which is being developed by Lincoln Property Company and AMLI Residential, will function as an expansion of Old Town Pasadena. Plans call for multiple mid-rise structures across 6.4 acres, featuring 400 residential units and 210,000 square feet of office space above 17,500 square feet of retail and underground parking. Numerous paseos and shaded arcades cut through the development site, allowing for cut through pedestrian traffic.
For this project, RSC is administrating a local hire program which creates participation and economic opportunity for the residents and business affected by the development, and is a value-add to the development by helping the community become vested in the success of the project.
